COVID-19 COMPUTER REQUEST APPLICATION
In collaboration with Futurelink, iFusion Foundation is offering immediate support to our community in the face of Coronavirus and its impact on us all. We will be donating computers for students who are transitioning to online learning and to parents and adults who will be working remotely. These donations will be based on economic need, and limited quantities are available. To begin our expedited donation process, please click the button below. The iFusion Foundation, in collaboration with Futurelink, is donating 100 computers for STEAM literacy. Computers are refurbished and include: a monitor, pc tower, keyboard, mouse, and comes complete with Microsoft Windows 10 Pro and Office 2010 Pro.
You must demonstrate one or more of the following qualification criteria:
Demonstrate financial need
*If selected, you must be able to pick up items.
Only Inland Empire / Orange County area.

Provide insightful answers, be detailed, and provide examples if applicable.
If you are a teen or a dependent, provide family income.
You are in the Inland Empire or Orange County region and able to pick up donation.
